Where does my Eco-Nguni order ship from?
Each piece is handcrafted in South Africa. We make sure all products is inspected to ensure our standard quality before shipping to its new home. Some product we ship from our warehouses in USA and UK to ensure fastest shipping option.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. Your Eco-Nguni treasure travels safely with trusted couriers like DHL, FedEx and other trusted couriers. Please visit our Shipping page for more info and our FREE SHIPPING.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your country and customs process. You’ll receive updates every step of the way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping on selected products and promotional items. For other pieces, shipping is calculated fairly at checkout based on weight and destination. Every parcel is safely packed, insured, and tracked from our studio in South Africa to your doorstep.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes, once your order leaves our studio, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its journey from Africa to your door.

Are game hides ethically sourced in South Africa?
Yes. All our hides come from legally regulated game farms where animal populations are sustainably managed under wildlife conservation laws.
Do your hides come with certification?
Yes. Each hide includes a certificate of authenticity, confirming its ethical origin and natural quality.
Are animals only used for their hides?
Noo !!! We love animals and we treat every step with respect and care for nature.
Our hides are natural by-products of controlled culling, where every part of the animal is used — especially the meat, which supports local food supply.
Each hide is treated with deep care and gratitude, ensuring that nothing goes to waste and every piece honours the beauty of nature.
Do you operate with licenses and permits?
Yes. Eco-Nguni operates with all the necessary wildlife trade permits and export documentation required by South African law.
Every hide we use is legally sourced, traceable, and approved through regulated channels — ensuring our work remains responsible, transparent, and fully compliant with conservation standards.
Do you use genuine animal hides?
Yes. We work with real Nguni, Zebra, Springbok and other game hides, celebrating Africa’s natural patterns — each one unique and unrepeated.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure international payment methods.
Why does the currency change at checkout?
South Africa currency is Rand (ZAR). It can be changed to your country currency on last page before you pay.
