Handmade recycled solid brass earrings, made by our artisans in Kenya. These are beaded with three, four or five beautiful peridot gemstones and have a butterfly earring fitting.

These hoops are named with reference to Lamu, our absolute favourite island and place in Kenya, that has been inspirational in many of our jewellery designs. 

Peridot is associated with prosperity, encouraging good fortune and is said to increase vitality.  It keeps the wearer calm and composed so that they can make wiser decisions in life.  The forest green hues of this stone conjure up for us memories of lush African forests, where one is reminded of the abundance of nature and the impact of its calming energy on our nervous systems.
