Handmade recycled solid brass charm, made by our artisans in Kenya.  This is on a sterling silver necklace chain dipped in 9 carat gold.  

Now known as ’Sea Stars’; there are about 1900 species of sea stars in the world’s oceans ranging from the tropics to the polar regions.  They are a common sight when snorkelling in Cape Town and especially in False Bay where our shop/studio is; and are also a colourful happy sighting in the tidal pools dotted around Kalk Bay.

We designed our Starfish or Sea stars necklace as a reminder of the natural bounties found all around us in Cape Town; a keepsake from a swimming in these seas.

Charm: 23mm length x 23mm width (at widest point) with 2mm ring
